We also work with accommodation providers who have implemented eco-friendly initiatives such as solar panels, water conservation, and waste reduction programs.

We work with local businesses and service providers, such as homestays and local guides, to provide our clients with authentic experiences while supporting the local economy. We encourage our clients to offset their carbon emissions by supporting environmental initiatives such as reforestation and renewable energy projects.

We also work with accommodation providers who have implemented energy conservation initiatives such as solar panels and energy-efficient lighting.

This Common Tour Agreement is made and entered into on [Date] by and between My Destination Adventure Company, a Sri Lankan company with its principal place of business at 69/3, Diyagama, Kiriwattuduwa and [Tour Guides/Activity Providers], an individual operating as a tour guide or operator with a Sri Lankan Tourist Board License [Tour Guides/Activity Providers].

1. Services to be Provided

[Tour Guides/Activity Providers] agrees to provide guided tours, activities, and related services to Company's clients ("Clients") in Sri Lanka. Such services may include, but are not limited to, transportation, accommodations, sightseeing, adventure activities, and other services as agreed upon by the parties.

2. Term of Agreement

This Agreement shall commence on the date first above written and shall continue until terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days' written notice to the other party.

3. Compensation

The compensation for services rendered by the [Tour Guides/Activity Providers] shall be based on a percentage of the total tour cost, as mutually agreed upon by the parties.

4. Payment Terms

Company shall pay [Tour Guides/Activity Providers] within thirty (30) days of the completion of the tour. Payment shall be made in Sri Lankan Rupees.

5. Independent Contractor

[Tour Guides/Activity Providers] is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of Company. [Tour Guides/Activity Providers] is solely responsible for all taxes, fees, and other expenses associated with his or her services under this Agreement.

6. Confidentiality

[Tour Guides/Activity Providers] shall maintain the confidentiality of all information regarding Company's business and Clients, and shall not disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of Company.

7. Insurance

[Tour Guides/Activity Providers] shall maintain comprehensive liability insurance coverage in amounts sufficient to protect both Guide/Operator and Company from any claims arising from Guide/Operator's services under this Agreement.

8. Representations and Warranties

[Tour Guides/Activity Providers] represents and warrants that he or she has the necessary skills, qualifications, and licenses to perform the services contemplated by this Agreement, and that such services will be performed in a professional and competent manner.

9. Indemnification

[Tour Guides/Activity Providers] shall indemnify and hold harmless Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from [Tour Guides/Activity Providers]'s services under this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Cancellation Policy:

1. If you cancel your tour more than 30 days prior to the start of the tour, you will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable expenses such as flight tickets, permits, and administrative costs.

2. If you cancel your tour between 15-30 days prior to the start of the tour, you may receive a partial refund of up to 50% of the total tour cost, depending on the company's policy.

3. If you cancel your tour less than 15 days prior to the start of the tour, there will be no refund.

Refund Policy:

1. If the adventure travel company cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disasters, you will receive a full refund.

2. If the adventure travel company cancels the tour due to insufficient bookings or any other reason, you will receive a full refund.

3. If you have to cut short your tour due to any personal reason, there will be no refund.

Changes to Tour Policy:

1. If you need to make changes to your tour dates or itinerary, the company will do their best to accommodate your request. However, any additional costs incurred due to changes made by you may be charged to you.

2. If the company needs to make changes to the tour itinerary or dates, they will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternative options. If no alternative option is suitable, you will be entitled to a full refund.
